If you want to add a Google review link to the booking confirmation emails your guests receive, follow the steps below.
Before continuing, make sure you have a Google Business Profile account active and published before proceeding. If you do not have a Google Business Profile yet and need our help setting it up, click here.
- Log in to your property's Google Business Profile account
- From the menu bar on the left-hand side click on the Home button
- Scroll down until you find the section on the right entitled Get more reviews
- Click on the Share review form
- From the Request reviews pop up copy the URL link provided
- Head over to your bookusdirect Dashboard, then Properties, select the property you wish to edit, and from the Identity tab scroll all the way down to Google review link
- Paste the copied URL in the text box
Now, when your guests receive a booking confirmation email the Google review link will automatically be added as displayed below.
