To display your Google reviews on your direct booking link, follow the next steps.
Make sure you have a Google Business Profile account active and published before proceeding. If you do not have a Google Business Profile yet and need help setting it up, click here.
- Log in to your bookusdirect Dashboard and head over to the Properties section.
- Select the property you want to edit and click on the Location tab to find the Authorise bookusdirect to access your Google My Business account section on the top of the page.
- Hit the Authorize button.
- You'll be prompted to log into your Google account. Make sure you do so with an account that has administrator rights to your property's Google Business Profile.
- Once you have entered your email and password, hit Continue.
- You will now be automatically redirected to your bookusdirect Dashboard.
- You'll be prompted to select the account you wish to sync from the dropdown. This would typically be the name of your Google account.
- Then, select the location you wish to sync from the dropdown. This would typically be the name of your property as it appears on your Google Business Profile.
- Once you've selected a location, hit the Fetch reviews button to complete the process.
- That's it, now your Google reviews are displayed on your bookusdirect listing.
If you ever wish to stop displaying your Google reviews on bookusdirect, head over to Dashboard, then Properties, then Location, and in the "Authorise bookusdirect to access your Google Business Profile account" section, hit the Disconnect button. Now your Google reviews won't be displayed on your direct booking link anymore.
