WhatsApp's Broadcast list is a great tool you can use to easily reach out to multiple guests without having to message them individually. In one go, you can inform multiple past guests that they can now book directly with you and enjoy the best rates.
To send a Broadcast list on WhatsApp, follow the steps below.
- Open your WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app
- If you're using Android, head over to the 3 dot menu in the top-right
- From there select the New broadcast option
- If you're using an iPhone, simply hit the Broadcast Lists button that is accessible from the top left of your screen
- Add the guests you want to reach out to and once done, hit the green button in the bottom right
- Now type the message you want to send, being sure to include your property's direct booking link. If you are not sure where to find it click here.
